You will notice there is NO “home search or MLS feed” on this site.  This is done purposely. (I explain this, below)

Cape Cod, the Islands and the waterways from Boston to Providence epitomize the resort & luxury lifestyle, sought by individuals & families Worldwide.  You deserve to invest in a home that not only provides a get-away for you & your family, but brings returns to you in a way, no other investment can.  The ultimate vision of this website is to connect you to the people who can assist you in everything associated with your resort & luxury home purchase (or sale), with as little inconvenience to you, as possible.(If you are searching for or selling property outside Massachusetts, I will gladly provide you a personal referral to an experienced regional professional).

When you are searching for a home in the resort or luxury market, your agent or broker should be doing the searching for you…not the other way around!  Your time is precious.  When a property comes to my attention, which I believe is suitable for you, I will let you know immediately…even if it isn’t on the MLS!   *Buyer  representation, is your right.

The MLS (and other real estate sites) are overflowing with listings, most of which aren’t even suitable for your needs!  Some are under agreement, sold, overpriced, have old photos, etc.

There is no benefit or gain, for you to engage in the search yourself.  It is very unlikely that you will save time OR money searching & negotiating property for yourself.  In fact, it is likely you will overpay, impair your negotiation position or end up in the wrong property, completely!

It is also important to understand the area, lifestyles & by-laws which may affect your use, amenities & so much more.  Once we have established what you are looking for, we will be looking specifically at properties most suited to you or adaptive to your needs & desires.

We use technology to the fullest advantage to make the most of your time, as well as ours.  I will remotely tour a property for you, via Skype/Tango/text message/email, etc., providing narration, and any available pertinent information, including the listing sheet from the MLS, mapping, and resources, such as Census & neighborhood statistics (as requested/relevant to your needs).

Once you have had a personal video tour & consultation, you can better structure your time & resources for a personal preview of the properties you REALLY want to see.  Almost all negotiations & transactions can be done entirely remotely & electronically, when you have an experienced & competent professional managing the transaction!
