I have served on the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS Resort & Luxury Homes Committee, Technology Committee & on The Ethics and Grievance Committee. As an instructor teaching real estate for Falmouth Community School & I’ve been teaching real estate courses for Buyers & Sellers for more than 3 years. I have specialized training in Buyers Representation, exchanges, antique homes as well as buying/selling condominiums.
I am also a professional photographer & graphic designer. My education is in Advertising & Marketing & I am UNIQUELY QUALIFIED to creatively position your property to make it stand out in today’s challenging and saturated real estate market. I even put my expertise to work in order to acquire properties for my exclusively represented Buyers.
In the past I have been a “soccer mom” & I even started a soccer league in Colorado (with over 200 players). Here on the Cape I coached for Bourne Youth Soccer, volunteered for Buzzards Bay Keepers & I am currently a volunteer for Save Our Sound and Cape Cod Marine Mammal Stranding Network, I was also a volunteer videographer for the local television studio (I even interviewed R.F.K. Jr.)
